I used the program"Doodle" this week. A colleague needed to schedule a meeting and she sent us a link to view a list of dates and then select the dates and times that would work. It was easy, fast, and convenient. Doodle is free. You simply create the dates and times, invite your participants, and confirm the date and time. The participants receive an email, click on the web site link, and fill in the times that work with you schedule. This makes schedule a meeting between multiple people very easy.
